Smart Bollard
The Smart Bollardsmeasures the load on the mooring lines. Data Real-time available.
A Conventional Buoy Mooring (CBM) system enables safe mooring of a vessel positioned between multiple buoys. For these mooring buoys, our solar power system supplies reliable energy to various onboard systems, such as automatic release mechanisms, navigation aids, automatic identification system transmitters, and work lights.
The solar power system features a robust design and operates reliably under harsh marine conditions, including sea spray and strong winds. In addition, we can supply equipment suitable for ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 2 environments when required.
The system can operate as a standalone solution or integrate with our quick release mooring hooks and telemetry systems. Through advanced telemetry, operators can monitor and control the system remotely. Data loggers using General Packet Radio Service, LoRa, or Ultra High Frequency communication provide real-time insight into the performance of all connected equipment on the buoy.

An SPM buoy supports operational and communication systems for remote subsea structures. For this application, we design and deliver an easy-to-install, all-in-one skid that integrates the required equipment, including a solar power system. This system supplies power to all electrical components onboard the SPM buoy.
The skid is prewired, fully tested, and can be mounted directly on top of the buoy. In addition, the solar power system ensures a continuous power supply to onboard systems. When combined with a telemetry unit, operators can monitor system data remotely and in real time.
We can design and engineer custom-made solar-powered skids for SPM buoys, including the following options:
