Controlling all your Straatman products through one software platform

MoorControl is a central software platform that shows all mooring and berthing system data in one place. It connects Straatman systems so operators get real-time information that helps improve safety and efficiency. We have all the in-house expertise, such as engineers and software developers, to supply turn-key projects, including integration and communication to third party Port Management Systems.

    Why system integration matters

MoorControl combines all mooring systems into one easy-to-operate system. Key information will be visible in the control room, on board of a ship or on the jetty in real-time, which improves safety and operations. This gives you:

    • Clear overview of mooring operations
    • Better control for operators
    • Fast access to critical data
    • One partner, Straatman, for support and answers

What You Can See with MoorControl

Operators can view many types of data on tablets, phones, in control rooms, or on handheld devices:

    How it works

MoorControl collects signals from sensors and devices across the mooring systems. It can send this data over LoRa, UHF, Wi-Fi, or 4G for reliable communication. Straatman

You can choose how you want to show the data: on screens, phones, tablets, or in your control room.

    Carry on Board system

To increase safety on board the ship while the vessel is moored, we can deliver a sophisticated Carry-on-Board system which meets the latest technology standards. The Straatman Carry-on-Board system is a portable system that displays the mooring data on board the moored vessel. The system is based on Wi-Fi Mesh communication with high data capacity. The Carry-on-Board has land-based stations and one portable system mounted in a rugged suitcase. The suitcase is located on the bridge of a moored vessel to display all relevant mooring data.
